About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Mountain Homes. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Receive, review, and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and that customers are informed of any delays or issues.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in order fulfillment and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
Work Environment

As a Sales Order Coordinator at Mountain Homes, you will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be required to work in a urban area and will have access to air-conditioned facilities.
