Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to join our team at Progressive Machine & Mechanical Service Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions and irregularities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Coach and instruct apprentices in mechanical skills and techniques
  • Operate machining tools and hoisting equipment as required
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in industrial mechanics and millwrighting
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
