About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at RLDUNN & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement communication plans to reach target audiences and promote our clients' products and services.
  • Develop Policies: Collaborate with our team to develop policies and procedures that align with our clients' business goals.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Work with our team to implement marketing strategies and programs, and ensure their successful execution.
  • Administer Programs to Promote Industrial and Commercial Business Investment: Develop and implement programs to promote business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Plan Development Projects: Collaborate with our team to plan and develop projects that align with our clients' business goals.
  • Conduct Surveys and Analyze Data: Conduct surveys and analyze data to understand the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Conduct Comparative Research on Marketing Strategies: Conduct research to compare and contrast marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies: Provide expert advice to our clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Provide Consulting Services to Government and Other Organizations: Offer consulting services to government and other organizations on marketing and business development.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct in-depth marketing studies to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Conduct Social or Economic Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess the development of potential and future trends in local, regional, or international areas.
  • Review and Evaluate Commercial or Industrial Development Proposals: Review and evaluate proposals for commercial or industrial development.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Develop questionnaires to gather data for market research studies.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clients' products and services.
  • Ensure Appropriate Business Licenses are in Place: Ensure that our clients have the necessary business licenses and permits to operate.
  • Deliver Presentations at Conferences, Workshops, or Symposia: Present our clients' products and services at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement business plans that align with our clients' business goals.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
