Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Underground Cannabis LTD. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Oversee store maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
