Employment and Labour Law Expert

We are seeking an experienced Employment and Labour Law Expert to join our team at Lrostaffing. Our client is a leading employment and labour law firm in Ottawa, representing employers in collective bargaining, mediations, arbitrations, and civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on employment standards, human rights, employment contracts, health and safety, workplace policies, HR strategies, education law, and language rights.
  • Draft legal memoranda, opinions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Represent employers in collective bargaining, mediations, arbitrations, and civil litigation.
  • 3 or more years' experience in labour and employment law.
  • Relevant experience in civil litigation is an asset.
  • Active membership in the Law Society of Ontario is required.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, as is membership in the Quebec Bar.
