Job Title: Litigation Law Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Law Lawyer to join our team at Lrostaffing. As a key member of our employment and labour law team, you will be responsible for representing employers in collective bargaining, mediations, arbitrations, and civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on employment standards, human rights, employment contracts, health and safety, workplace policies, HR strategies, education law, and language rights.
  • Draft legal memoranda, opinions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and civil litigation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment and labour law.
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in labour and employment law.
  • Relevant experience in civil litigation is an asset.
  • Active membership in the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, as is membership in the Quebec Bar.
