Position Overview

As a Sales Supervisor at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Team Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and supervise their activities.
  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage sales transactions.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure availability of products.
Supervisory Role

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
