Job Title: Bookkeeper

Grewal Guyatt LLP is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
