Introducing Your Future Team:
The Colour & Graphics Team at ARC'TERYX is essential in connecting product design with customer experience. As the Lead Colour Strategist, you will oversee a team of colour specialists, direct the colour development process, and collaborate with diverse teams to produce cohesive collections that surpass industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Building and mentoring a high-performing team of colour specialists
- Projecting colour trends for product lines
- Collaborating with designers on groundbreaking product development
- Advising on accessories within specific categories
- Enhancing colour design across various materials
- Establishing best practices for colour innovation
- Developing colour vision and direction for both timeless and seasonal collections
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance customer experience
- Engaging with Supply Chain teams on logistical frameworks
- Communicating seasonal direction with Brand and Commercial teams
- You possess an Apparel Design Diploma or equivalent expertise
- You have extensive experience in the colour and fashion sector
- You demonstrate a keen sense of colour harmony and a solid understanding of colour theory
- You exhibit leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- You are proficient in the Adobe suite and possess excellent communication skills
- You are knowledgeable about global markets and cultural nuances
