About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at All Balance Wellness Centre. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the company.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other accounting software.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
