Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Toronto 6IX Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of security and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff as needed.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
