Role Overview

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, helping them find the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their connectivity needs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail or technology environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
