Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at ProViso Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with our development team to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement software architectures that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  2. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our software solutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of technical working experience in Consulting or Corporate Systems Development environments or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience with system and application architecture solutions, development, maintenance, and support of a variety of banking/applications on different technologies and platforms.
  • 5+ years' experience with web-based information technology principles, System Integration, Methodologies, and Standards/Metrics.
  • 5+ years' experience in managing, facilitating, and governing architecture review boards.
  • Experience in an Agile environment.
Preferred Skills:

A strong background in audit, cross-group collaboration, and knowledge/experience with Cyber and IT Risk would be an asset.

Soft Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to understand complex problems and articulate potential solutions, and a keen desire to continually review internal processes and conduct gap analysis to ensure the group is always focused on innovation and process improvement.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
