We are seeking a skilled Deck Installation Specialist to join our team at BLUE ARC CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction Layout Technician. As an Installation and Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for determining layout and installation procedures, measuring and marking guidelines for installations, and preparing and maintaining work materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installation tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Work Environment

As a Deck Installation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in various locations, including construction sites and installation areas.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
