Research Scientist

The Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Research Officer to provide collaborative scientific support for researchers accessing the Saskatchewan Cyclotron Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific support for researchers accessing the Facility
- Lead projects to develop new products or infrastructures
- Collaborate with researchers to advance the capabilities of the Facility
About the Facility:
The Facility is a Class II Nuclear Facility licensed by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and operated by the Fedoruk Centre. It encompasses a high-current ACSI TR24 cyclotron, cGMP-level radiopharmaceutical laboratories, and a suite of shielded work areas with radiochemistry equipment.
Requirements:
- Education and experience in a relevant field
- Strong scientific knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $71,826 - $117,145 per annum, dependent on education and experience. This is a full-time continuing position with an anticipated start date in December 2024.
