Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute corporate policies and strategies.
  • Authorize and structure the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Oversee the coordination of activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Implement financial and administrative oversight; design and endorse marketing strategies; and approve comprehensive human resources plans.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Act as the representative of the organization, or appoint delegates to represent the organization in negotiations and official engagements.
  • Select and empower middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
