Job Overview

PARADISE CONTRACTING LTD. is seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in concrete finishing and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in concrete finishing
Work Environment
  • Dusty conditions
  • Work at heights
  • Cold and refrigerated environments
  • Potentially dangerous settings
  • Hot and noisy outdoor conditions
  • Wet or damp surfaces
Key Responsibilities
  • Fill voids and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete
  • Utilize power vibrators for concrete compaction
  • Ensure top surface of concrete is leveled according to specifications
  • Perform tasks at heights using scaffolding or swing stages
  • Achieve desired finishes on concrete surfaces with hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Apply hardening and sealing agents to cure surfaces
  • Waterproof and restore concrete surfaces
  • Repair and replace damaged sections of concrete structures
