**Job Title: Seasonal Stockroom Coordinator**

**Primary Purpose:**

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organization standards on the selling floor, in the stockroom, and throughout the warehouse.
  • Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary to optimize inventory levels.
  • Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day to meet customer demand.
  • Be knowledgeable of stock levels, including quantity, availability, and sales trends.
  • Ensure proper organization and accessibility of merchandise to facilitate efficient restocking and replenishment.
  • Manage and process inbound deliveries in a timely manner, prioritizing the daily workload to meet business objectives.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Ability to multi-task, results-driven, and flexible to change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

**Requirements:**

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail industry, preferably in a stockroom or warehouse environment.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a high-energy and high-traffic environment.
  • Ability to load boxes in and out of delivery trucks (offsite/warehouse only).
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be available to work a store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
