At Whitehorse Motors Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct road tests to diagnose vehicle issues
* Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
* Repair or replace mechanical units or components
* Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
* Perform scheduled maintenance service
* Provide expert advice to customers on work performed and future repair requirements
* Complete detailed reports to record problems and work performed

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in the automotive service industry
* Equivalent education or certification
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
