About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Giovane Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports as required, maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
