We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at K S BAJWA TRANSPORT LTD.

Job Summary:

The Truck Driver Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and guidance to truck drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on driver performance, safety records, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws.
