Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Siding Foreman/Woman to join our team at AAA Construction Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit production reports to management.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 workers and ensure they are working efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire new staff members as needed.
  • Train and develop the skills of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions to management.
  • Order materials and equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
