Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Operations
    • Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain management, and food safety and quality control.
    • Ensure that all restaurant staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of restaurant staff, including shift managers, crew members, and kitchen staff.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including inventory management, labor costs, and sales.
    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to improve profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
