Physiotherapist - Outpatient Clinic

Lifemark is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, and limited range of motion.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients with MSK injuries and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
- 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
