We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Royal Liquor LTD.

About the Role:

  • As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and assisting with visual merchandising.
  • We are looking for a team player who is flexible, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
