We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Operating Agency.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and professionally, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
