Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at VAPE INN CIGAR & SMOKES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records
  • Order merchandise and ensure it is stocked and displayed effectively
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a vape shop environment, which requires standing for extended periods and attention to detail.

  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Term:

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
