Mental Health Therapist at CASA

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at CASA Mental Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care and support to children, youth, and families who have experienced trauma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma-focused mental health therapies to children, teens, and families
  • Support caregivers in developing specialized parenting skills
  • Conduct case management functions and collaborate with internal and external professionals
  • Offer supervision for student placements and contribute to staff education
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or occupational therapy
  • Current registration with a professional college
  • Minimum of two years of clinical practice in child and family mental health
  • Demonstrated ability to practice culturally-safe therapeutic interventions
  • Knowledge and experience in trauma healing
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
