About the Role

No. 1 Collision is seeking a skilled Auto Glass Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete rock chip repairs to the highest standards.
  • Install windshields and door glass with precision and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our company's high standards.
  • Consistently meet or exceed technical standards, ensuring our quality, safety, and other procedures are complied with.
  • Repair and replace auto glass with attention to detail.
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories.
  • Perform duties with safety in mind, adhering to our company's safety protocols.
  • Maintain a spirit of cooperation, respect, and teamwork with colleagues.
  • Treat all customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism.
  • Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Glass ticket or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years' experience in auto glass repair.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software.
