- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Skills: Organized, team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
