About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving store performance and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Team Members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive shopping experience.

Savers / Value Village is a purpose-driven company that champions reuse and inspires a future where secondhand is second nature. We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.
