Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Boston Pizza #509.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
  • Assist servers and bartenders with taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
