Role Overview:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on driving store performance by guiding the team to meet key objectives, including sales targets and profitability goals. You will play a crucial role in:
  • Providing leadership by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, overseeing payroll, and ensuring accurate reporting and scheduling.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team of talented individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and fashion.
  • Executing merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that encourages customer engagement.
  • Maintaining effective communication with both the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A proven track record of leading teams to achieve outstanding sales results.
  • A High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
