We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lee's Overseas Delights. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the bar area and wash glassware to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock to ensure we have the necessary supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, address customers' complaints or concerns, and take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Financial Transactions: Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages and record and balance beverage sales.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages to meet the needs of our customers.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and a team player attitude.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
