Job Summary

Bid416 Auction is seeking a highly organized and efficient Head Shipper Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management
    • Ensure all reports are properly documented and filed
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Ensure the efficient operation of all warehouse equipment and machinery
    • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of all materials and supplies
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff
    • Provide guidance and training to staff as needed
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Control
    • Identify and resolve operational problems and issues
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products and services
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
