Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at QED Legal LLP. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on private client matters, including estate planning, tax planning, and probate.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting private client matters.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant area of practice.
  • Experience with handling a caseload of private client matters, including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
  • Desirable qualities: private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards it.
