Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

QED Legal LLP is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team in Beaconsfield, Bucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling caseloads including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, and Trusts
  • Provide expert advice on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in the field

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, and Trusts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
