Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Underwriting Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our underwriting processes and providing guidance and support to our licensed team members.
Key Responsibilities- Underwriting Quality Assurance: Review quotes, newly bound policies, and policy modifications to ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Performance Tracking: Record and track audited results for each team member and overall team progress.
- Analysis and Reporting: Review and analyze informational reports to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to licensed team members in front-line underwriting and quality of information.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Agent and Agent's Assistant to evaluate team performance and progress.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years related Personal Lines Underwriting experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: OTL or RIBO license required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, results-oriented, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
- Total Compensation Range: $70K-75K base salary, annual bonus (subject to office qualification), and health and dental/life insurance benefits.
