**About RAISE Underwriting**

We are a Canadian Managing General Agent (MGA) dedicated to providing industry-leading risk insurance and surety products through transparency, honesty, and integrity.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure account management expectations are met.
  • Prepare accurate and timely account security documents.
  • Regularly review active files to ensure all essential underwriting and security information is current and updated.
  • Set up new account files in the underwriting/accounting system.
  • Invoice all fees, bonds/policies, and endorsements in the accounting system.
  • Ensure all correspondence and underwriting information is properly filed.
  • Process contract status reports on a monthly basis.
  • Follow up with brokers for outstanding bonds and underwriting information.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and reporting as requested.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary education in a relatable field such as accounting, finance, or commerce is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Applied/EPIC is an asset.
  • Must be technologically savvy and data-driven, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, including insurance courses and certifications.
