We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team as an Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our investment advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support investment advisors in their business development.
- Transaction Processing: Diligently carry out transactions related to investment accounts.
- File Management: Open and update client files.
- Agenda Coordination: Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada, with a network of close to 1,000 investment advisors serving over 400,000 clients across 100 branches.
