About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team as an Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our investment advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support investment advisors in their business development.
  • Transaction Processing: Diligently carry out transactions related to investment accounts.
  • File Management: Open and update client files.
  • Agenda Coordination: Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements
