Your responsibilities will include refining system engineering concepts and reports, overseeing the design process, and ensuring it aligns with construction budgets. You will also ensure thorough coordination of documents with the internal and external project team, review project deliverables for accuracy, and enforce company standards related to processes and documentation. Additionally, you will recommend and apply project procurement methodologies, coordinate with the contract administration team, and conduct reviews of existing installations. You will also address project-related technical and financial queries and support the accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project engineering for mechanical building services, LEED certification, and knowledge of British Columbia Building Codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, and CSA standards. Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD is also required. Performance bonuses and a hybrid WFH/office environment with flexible hours are offered.
