Element Fleet Management is a leading provider of fleet management solutions, and we're seeking a talented Applications Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering top-notch products and services that drive business success.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development and a passion for innovation. As the Applications Lead, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Your expertise in software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ITIL frameworks will be invaluable in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of applications to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ITIL frameworks
  • Experience with cloud technologies and web-based systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
