About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development and a passion for innovation. As the Applications Lead, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
  • Experience with cloud technologies and web-based systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
