We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional retail services to our unique client base - members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a variety of retail services, including regular retail services, dry cleaning, lottery services, self-serve gas services, and postal services.
- Operate Point of Sales systems, the debit/credit machine, and maintain a float.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide information on merchandising, ensuring store shelves are stocked, faced, and properly signed.
- Take and prepare food and beverage orders, and prepare takeout food, while maintaining cleanliness of food service and eating areas.
- Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Food Handling Certification, as required.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (ON), as required.
- Experience in cash handling, food and beverage preparation, and food and beverage service.
- Competencies in client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
English is essential, with Bilingual (English and French) an asset.

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location. The Sales Associate will perform moderate lifting, carrying, pulling, and/or pushing (i.e. more than 10 lbs/4.5 kg but less than 50 lbs/23 kg).
