About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions.
  • Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Portfolio Management: Produce portfolio management reports, providing clients with detailed information about their investments.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out administrative tasks, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
