Job Summary

Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a highly skilled Fire Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision to our technicians and inside service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to train, audit, and assist technicians.
  • Review and verify technicians' reports and documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage workflow expectations and ensure effective scheduling.
  • Inspect and maintain technicians' vehicles to ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all company personnel.
  • Provide leadership and support in maintaining EH&S policies, documentation, and conducting audits and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry.
  • CFAA / ASTT Certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Provincial codes and referenced Standards.
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree in building systems, electronic technology, or equivalent knowledge/work experience an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Edwards Fire Products, including EST panels, preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid provincial driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a unionized environment an asset.
