Radiology Technologist Level II

Are you dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a certified Radiological Technologist eager to showcase their expertise in a vibrant and evolving setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your strong work ethic to our Radiology division.
In alignment with the core vision and values of our organization, and under general supervision, you will engage in radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures while collaborating with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Work ScheduleShifts will vary, including Days and Evenings, with hours from 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 08:30 to 16:30, 09:00 to 17:00, and 10:30 to 18:30 on a rotating basis.
CompensationThe new wage structure is set at $45.81 per hour.
Benefits Offered- Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical Services Plan (MSP), extended health and dental coverage, and a municipal pension plan for both part-time and full-time staff. Casual employees have the option to pay for benefits.

- Graduation from an accredited medical radiography program.
- Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) and eligibility for membership with the BC Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (BCAMRT) and/or CAMRT.
- Teaching: Ability to instruct clients and others in both individual and group settings.
- Knowledge Integration: Ability to incorporate best practices and current research to inform professional decisions and actions.
- Communication: Proven capability to communicate effectively with clients, families, the public, medical personnel, and interdisciplinary team members through various means.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to assess and evaluate relevant data from multiple sources to solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Management: Skill in organizing work, setting objectives, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Leadership: Ability to foster team morale and engagement while promoting professional development.
