Customer Experience Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and web orders, and supporting the receiving, counting, and organizing of inventory and customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and web orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Engage with customers to provide support, suggest items for purchase, and resolve concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Support the receiving, counting, and organizing of inventory and customer orders
- Prepare merchandise for sale and assist in the promotion of products and specials
- Replenish floor stock and maintain accurate records
- Support the picking and fulfillment of web and special-order purchases
- Enact loss-prevention strategies to maintain a secure shopping environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Point of Sale experience is necessary to be successful in the role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn and follow established departmental guidelines and procedures
- Comprehension of Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer skills
- Flexibility with scheduling, including the ability to work increased hours during peak periods and some evening and weekend shifts
