Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to HCC Nurse Assessors, Senior HCA, and Client Care Coordinator
  • Ensure the provision of quality home care services and proper implementation of Client Care Plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Stay up-to-date with British Columbia's regulations associated with Home and Community Care
  • Promote a culturally safe and supportive environment for Nation Members, clients, and families
