About the Opportunity
The Squamish Nation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse Assessor to join our Home and Community Care (HCC) program. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and support to our Nurse Assessors, Senior Health Care Assistants, and Client Care Coordinators. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the provision of high-quality home care services, proper implementation of Client Care Plans, and exceptional client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HCC team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality home care services
- Implement and manage Client Care Plans
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Stay up-to-date with British Columbia's regulations and guidelines related to Home and Community Care
